Who am I and why do I have a blog?
Well, I guess I’m like most people. I have opinions on just about everything, but if I don’t voice them, they turn into ever growing balls of rage that swelter and fester inside me. I find getting things out through writing is a little more grown up than throwing temper tantrums and lashing out at everyone around me.
What will you read about in my blog?
You’ll read about everything I love and hate in this world. You will absolutely see a lot of photos of my family. You’ll probably read a lot about my son and his progress in school and therapy. You’ll also get to read some tips and tricks as well as DIY projects for photography. I’ll also be sharing what’s new in my yarn bin as well as all my Works In Progress. I’ll throw in a smattering of whining (I’m female and I claim it as my right), news about my photography business (hopefully it will keep the upward trend as a business), and more photos of my family!
I will also be featuring a weekly Bible study based on my daily quiet times.
Most of all, I am looking forward to being able to express myself on any subject I want, any time I want, and for any reason I want!
Why are you the "Cupcake Farmer"?
Cupcake Farm is the name of my Etsy store (which currently has nothing in it, but will soon). I love cupcakes, and had a fun website called cupcakefarm.com at one point. I just think there is nothing cuter than a cupcake…we call our daughters and significant others by the name and their just as sweet as can be! I wish they grew on trees so I could farm them.
I know it sounds lame, but that’s the way it is.
